Lonny Elson leads an independent primary care practice in Flagstaff centered on thoughtful, individualized care. He believes a good visit starts with listening: learning what concerns you, what has changed, and how your health affects your everyday life. From there, he works with you to develop a plan that is clinically sound and practical for your circumstances.

Lonny is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Phoenix. His clinical background spans emergency and cardiac care, and he brings a foundation in exercise physiology to his work in primary care. As a certified professional mental performance coach, he also understands how behavior, resilience, and mindset can influence health and the ability to make lasting changes.

​That breadth of experience helps Lonny look at the whole picture so you understand your options and have a voice in your care.

Outside the practice, Lonny enjoys time with family, photography, and the outdoors. He also competes in dog agility with his champion Border Collies.
